Learn how to solo over virtually any chord progression using only pentatonic chord scales.  Your solos will be melodic because every scale note is "right" for any chord that you encounter. There are no "avoid" notes. This book/CD package is theoretically sound, easy to implement, and best of all, it's designed specifically for guitar."

REVISED ATTENDANCE POLICY

Parents must accompany their children to lessons and classes until they are 18 years old.

Students should strive to attend each week’s lessons. For best results, the student should attend 90-100% of the scheduled lessons.  Students are rewarded with additional lesson time and performance opportunities for faithful attendance. Make up lessons are often available but not guaranteed--please ask!

Please let the teacher know ASAP if you cannot attend your lesson. Absences for illness, snow days, or bereavement are acceptable. "I didn't practice much this week" is never an excuse not to attend your lesson.  24 hour notice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Please call or email in the event of an absence.

MeanTone Guitar Studio provides a guitar starter pack that might be attractive to students just getting started.
